The saleswoman recommended Choline, Green tea capsules and also some supplements with Birch leaf, Aloe Vera, Raspberry Ketones, Kelp, Bearberry, Cayenne pepper, I-carnitine (a biochemistry, a quaternary ammonium salt that is synthesized in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine, but that aside), Elarginine, Elglutamine, Milk Thistle, CLA, Maca, El Tyrosine and Ginseng (especially the Panax). No, not all available in one tablet, but in 12 jars. In hard plastic, off course.
