It is with great pleasure that I work for women. Tough women sometimes who often combine work and school-going children. Often a little too much part-time and unfortunately less paid, but that aside. They jump in the car and bring the children to school through all kinds of weather. Then to work and vice versa in the evening, with fresh groceries in their shopping bags. And all with great pleasure. As a result, in all modesty, I have become quite skillful in creating multifunctional wardrobes that make these women shine both at work and in their private lives. Unfortunately, a neglected element is often the "evening wardrobe".
The average woman buys one "for Christmas" and a few more for the weddings of loved ones. Unfortunately, too little for in between.
"But when should I wear that?" they ask standard when I invite them to visit the couturier.
The average 'Parisienne' has eight evening dresses in her closet. These will never go out again, unless she no longer fits them. Then this dresses will be passed on to the daughter or a sweet niece.
A well-constructed wardrobe always runs ahead of times. If there is no evening dress in the closet, there will be no occasion. If it is there, the opportunity will follow naturally. Usually within a week or six is my experience.
A beautiful evening toilet needs the necessary attention. Colour, materials, appearance and exact fit are decisive and appropriate for the occasion. It's just a matter of making the right choices.
Couture is always worth every penny. Silk, Organza silk, embroidery, sequins, sewn-in cups and always smoothing your body shape, it's all such a wealth. But also “painstaking” work and therefore a little more expensive.
Some memories and experiences are never to be forgotten.
A good evening toilet will contribute to this.
